The Divine Cosmic Randomness of the Universe

Here's the way I see things.  Everything that happens, happens according to the Laws of Physics.  Actions and reactions can be explained and predicted.  But so many things are happening at the same time, and happening on a scale that ranges from inter-stellar to molecular, that, in effect, everything happens at random.  But the Universe demands balance and so, operates much like a pendulum, oscilating between order and chaos.

Without order, nothing can exist.  Without chaos, nothing can change.  But change happens; it's the nature of the Universe.  The trick is to manage the chaos, so that the changes are not too disruptive.

Now, just how this concept applies to the political situation of our southern neighbor, I'm not sure.  We'll just have to wait and see.
